Check-in is available after 4:00pm.

Check-Out:

Check-out time is 10:00am.

Payment and Damage Policy:

With this booking Guests acknowledge full payment is required. We hold the right to collect the damage deposit on arrival, and/or after your stay. If applicable, the guest agrees to pay for all damage caused to property or property of a third party, including without limitation, costs of repair and replacement of such damaged items. Further, Guests acknowledge and agree the Hotel may charge the guest’s credit card for all costs associated with such damage In addition, if lodging is left in such a state that housekeeping needs to spend extra time on the normal cleaning, an extra housekeeping fee may be charged. We operate with conservation in mind & will not be housekeeping each suite/room daily unless requested. Housekeeping occurs in between each guest’s stay. However, if you need any additional supplies or assistance, we can help. Park Hotel Yellowstone does not have a 24/7 front desk on site. You can text, call, or email for questions or assistance.

Pre-Payment Requirement:

All reservations require full pre-payment and a valid credit card to be confirmed. This helps secure your stay and streamline check-in on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made by phone, text, or email, and must be acknowledged with a cancellation confirmation. When we are able to rebook the same room and dates, we will refund what we recover less a 15 percent fee.

Smoking:

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Please respect this rule and dispose of any smoking materials responsibly outside the grounds.

Pets:

Pets are generally not allowed due to the proximity of wild animals and local safety concerns. If you wish to bring a well-behaved non-shedding pet, please contact us for approval, applicable fees, and specific room options. Pets must be on a leash, never left unattended, and not allowed on furniture or bedding.

Additional Guests:

Extra guests beyond the listed occupancy will incur a charge of $20 per person per night. This ensures comfort and compliance with room capacity guidelines.

Parents or Guardians Policy:

Parents or guardians are responsible for their minors under 18.

Child Policy:

Children aged 10 years and up only. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety and conduct of minors at all times during their stay.

Wildlife Safety:

Due to the frequent presence of local wildlife, guests are urged not to approach wild animals, even if they appear calm. Respecting their space helps keep both guests and animals safe.

Guest Amenities:

Park Hotel Yellowstone offers essential amenities designed to support a comfortable and convenient stay at the gateway to Yellowstone National Park. Each room includes air conditioning a private bathroom free WiFi and satellite TV along with access to shared outdoor spaces such as a gated yard covered veranda fire pit and barbecue grill. Located just one block from the north entrance guests enjoy easy walkable access to local dining shops rafting and outdoor activities while remaining close to wildlife viewing scenic drives and park exploration. Select rooms offer mountain or park views and a handicap accessible room is available on the ground floor to accommodate a variety of travel needs.

Lost or Left Behind Items:

If items are lost or left behind, shipping and handling charges will apply for their return. We are happy to assist with shipping arrangements.

There are no landlines in the rooms, so guests should rely on their cell phones for communication. In case of emergency dial 911. For other assistance, you may call or text us at (406) 224-5337 or contact the on-site manager.
